Mark Pearson, the founder of the UK’s most popular discount voucher code website MyVoucherCodes.co.uk, has decided to pursue a passion of his and launch a design-orientated website that promises users huge savings on fashion, interiors, gardening and food and drink, with launch collections including the likes of Calvin Klein, Dolce and Gabbana and French Connection.
Pearson is launching www.HushHush.com having already had more than quarter of a million people sign up using the site’s placeholder signup page. Once signed up, the site has been offering users cash to use on the site as credit by referring friends.
The site will give users up to 75% off handpicked exclusive sales, showcasing popular brands and great designs for the home and wardrobe.
The success of MyVoucherCodes.co.uk led to the launch of more than a dozen international variants under Pearson’s company Markco Media, helping millions of people save hundreds of millions of pounds. Markco Media has built a database of more than 4.5 million discount-savvy members of public within the UK.
Using the discount platforms as a springboard, Markco Media is launching HushHush.com with a £1m budget, ensuring no expense is spared in terms of the products and team built to source them. The project has received no external funding.
The team, including buyers who bring a wealth of product-hunting experience, include professionals from the likes of Harrods, Net a Porter and the Arcadia Group.
Shoppers will find items from brands such as Calvin Klein, Dolce and Gabbana and French Connection forming part of the launch range. From festive decorations to designer gifts, the team has pulled out all the stops to deliver discounted collections from brands not traditionally associated with sales.

Brilliant news has just reached us that, at a glamorous ceremony in Manchester, Mark was named Digital Entrepreneur of the Year at the Digital Entrepreneur awards.
Mark was up against some real heavyweights from the digital sector including: Clive Bridgeman, Gas-n-Go Limited, William Muir, Limelight Software Limited, John Straw, Linkdex, and Polly Gowers OBE, Everyclick.
The judges were particularly impressed by the rapid growth of Markco Media along with the positive impact that Mark has had on the digital media landscape.
As ever, Mark was quick to praise his team of employees and thank them for the role that they played in helping him win the award.
