How I Grew My Businesses!
My career began as a junior chef at eighteen, working very long hours and getting very little pay.
After spending many years learning how businesses work and understanding the ways in which people interact with companies and brands online I am fortunate enough to be the owner of some of the biggest websites in the United Kingdom.
My company, Markco Media Ltd, runs MyVoucherCodes, Groupola, Couponcodes4u and MyCelebrityFashion to name just a few. My success was created solely by saving other people money. I work night and day to try and find money saving opportunities for people to use when they are making online purchases. My whole business ethos is that people should never pay full price for anything again and my websites help people achieve this.
Starting out, working as a chef was the hardest thing I’ve ever done but it was really helpful to me. The discipline and long hours has carried through into what I do now. The meticulous precision of the way I need my businesses to be run needs a disciplined approach.
I always try to keep improving on what we have. I always feel that we can be better, bigger, and and more clever in how we approach our business goals. We can offer our customers more value, and we can work with merchants to give our customers even bigger savings.
As with every business there are ups and downs but this is what keeps me driving forward. I’d get demotivated if everything went smoothly all the time. There is just something built in me that makes me get up the next day ready to go back to try and make what we do work even better.

I like your story Mark. It is very inspiring. I wish I could also duplicate your success.
Nice to read… I wish to follow your steps with building up my own business plan, great to watch on secret millionaire also… Georgie
An excellent story and all credit to you ! Although i have no money myself , i have a 7 year old physically/mentally disabled daughter who is a millionaire. She is making fantastic progress all the time ,and if we are lucky enough that she ends up living a normal life , i will encourage her to do something similiar. Well done, the secret millionaire programme was an excellent watch and I was so glad when you split up the 100+K you donated, all of them were very worthy causes, very inspiring work .

Wow, a great story, very inspirational to read. I loved watching you on The Secret Millionaire, lovely to see people doing work like you did, and I too hope to help people like you did one day. I’m also hoping that you will release a book, documenting your life, how you found success and how your work inspires other people. It would be great to read! Keep up the good work .
